About Me

      I am a graduate of the State University of New York at New Paltz, where I earned a Master of Business Administration degree. I previously earned a bachelor’s degree in business management, also at New Paltz. Despite attending three colleges in my first four years of study, I made the dean’s list every single semester throughout my undergraduate studies.      

Since graduating, I have held several positions, including management and supervisory roles. I have experience in everything from retail to transportation to banking. I currently hold two positions, one working in transportation management and the other as a retail supervisor and customer service specialist.  

Between my time in school and my experience working, I have seen the in’s and out’s of business. I worked closely with my peers in school on projects and I work regularly with customers, co-workers and subordinates (both in person and on the phone) in my current positions. I have worked with a large range of individuals with widely varying backgrounds and handled many demanding situations over the years.  

I am very adaptive and highly effective in communicating with others. I have supervised others, I have learned new tasks and roles with ease, I can multitask when necessary and jump into new roles when the opportunity is available. I feel both my academic performance and work experience speak for themselves.
